DEPOSIT: Half of total amount is due to reserve your date. All orders $100 or less, the full amount is required to book. *YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE REMAINING BALANCE: Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to event. You do have the option to pay entire balance at the time of booking. *If you have any difficulties in the checkout process, please send an email.

PERSONALIZATION: Themes are included in all packages, but if you want personalized names, an additional charge will apply. I go through a third party vendor for all personalization needs. CAKE TOPPERS: All cakes come with basic toppers. If you require a custom or acrylic topper, additional charges will apply. Custom toppers are made through a third party vendor. *Example Basic Toppers: "Oh Baby" & "Happy Birthday" DAMAGED GOODS: Once order is delivered or picked up, we are NOT responsible for treat and cake condition. No refund will be issued for damaged items. CANCELATIONS: Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. If balance is paid in full and event is canceled, you can get half of the total amount refunded if you cancel 3 weeks prior to event.
